You’ll have help from our Design Consultant throughout this stage, who will provide support as you make decisions about materials. There are no surprises during this phase when it comes to design or finances–we want everything out in the open from start to finish.
This is the stage where our architect and designer help you fine-tune your project layout. The architect provides you with conceptual designs or layouts to visualize your dream project, while our experienced design consultant assists you in selecting materials that meet your aesthetic needs for both function and fashion.Our goal is to make sure that you have all of the information needed to make the best design decisions for your home.
The contractor will create a comprehensive quotation for the project that covers all aspects of the design. This helps you save time and money down the line by having all pertinent information in one place. Additionally, it gives our clients peace of mind to be able to review theirproject’s estimate and quell any doubts or concerns they may have about our services.
This is the moment when all of our planning comes together! We’ll go over the final plans and scope of work in detail, reviewing the timeline and next steps. Once we have agreed on a plan, we’ll sign off on the project agreement and you can finally start making your remodeling visions reality!
We want you to be comfortable and informed before starting your project, so we’ll hold a pre-construction conference. During this meeting, we’ll go over how to prepare and what to expect when the work begins. You will also meet with your Production Manager, who will handle the day-to-day operations of your remodeling job.
We want your home remodeling experience with us to be as smooth and easygoing as it could possibly be. From the beginning stages of planning to the final coat of paint, we will keep you in the loop every step of way, making sure no detail is overlooked and that our work area is always clean.
This stage is for the completion of all demolition, new installation, and construction work. Our skilled building crew will be in charge of keeping the construction schedule, maintaining quality and cost control, organizing all site activities including clean up , and addressing any ideas or concerns you may have during this process. If changes or additional labor are needed we’ll provide a full addendum detailing prices and increased scheduling (if necessary) prior to making modifications for your approval.
We’re nearly finished with your project! The Production Manager will set up a meeting with you to review the project, ensure that everything that needs to be done is on the list, and discuss the final schedule. You’ll also receive your warranty information at this time.
